Not exactly sure what a T.I. is, I'm assuming a rapper of sorts who once held the record for biggest Billboard No. 1 jump. That honor is now held by the rehab queen miss Britney Spears. Womanizer jumped from # 98 to #1 in a week. Yes!  For now, The Bitch is back!
