Keeping It Cool...Summer's Shorter Shorts
by Fernando Pichardo
As green-house gas emissions continue to climb and polar ice continues to melt, summer on Earth just might turn out to be a perpetual affair. As the temperatures rise, a new wardrobe is in order, as evident in the collective consciousness of the creative crew. Last year fashion designers sent out their adonis model troops marching clad in short-shorts, previewing looks for this spring and summer - it looks like our future will not only be a hot one, but one with shorter hemlines. For now, the look is not for the thigh-shy, but adaptation will occur if the need arises.
