This tower of energy will be powered by wind turbines and photovoltaic cells. Holla that means low energy bills y'all. It may also generate enough power to help its neighbouring buildings.
Oh, and the first ten floors are luxury apartments. Rumor has it that Miley Cyrus has already put her down payment, and if its good enough for Miley its good enough for Markus...
