So apparently Courtney Love is trying to pull a fast one on Nirvana's management firm who claims they are owed 5 percent of the sale proceeds that Courtney made from selling part of the Nirvana publishing catalogue. Courtney Cocks apparently pocketed $19.5 million last year. The company says they just want their cut. That's $975,00 Courtney!

Greedy Love's attorney, Howard Weitzman, comments on the alleged "allegations" "hear say" "what she said" with:  I'm aware there's an issue between Londan & Co. and Courtney, but I have not seen the lawsuit."

Wow, I never really cared to write about this crazy divorcee on YouTube, but I watched again for the first time all the way through, and its kind of really depressing. To think you have security and home and then one day you have nothing. I mean I get why she married him but it works both ways. He married her for youth(-ish) and she married him for "Broadway".

Oh damn, Tricia has been court ordered to leave her Park Avenue apartment by August 21, 2008.  Philip "Putz" Smith is suing for divorce saying that the YouTube video is spousal abuse.

He does have to pay Tricia $50,000 bones within 30 days, though.

If you haven't noticed, that hit FX show Nip/Tuck has moved to LA.  Now they're thinking maybe they shouldn't wear out their welcome.  Mr FX President himself John Landgraf says that the show will end in 2011. He doesn't want to go past episode 100.

So Suri Cruise is moving to New York while momma Cruise does the Broadway Production of All My Sons. Suri is already set to move into her swanky new apartment at the Trump Towers. I hear she's dropping an easy $200,000 a month on this two- story duplex. When I called Suri to ask if I can crash, she said only on the weekends because Father gets upset when she has overnight guest on the weekdays. So I guess Markusisthedrug will be going for the Trump Towers Suri-style for the fall.
