Since the video, Ferras never came out to Texas to join Katy Perry and I on Warped Tour. Katy never performed at the Teen Choice Awards due to them being homophobic and scared of a little controversy. We woke up early today and waited in great anticipation for Ferras' performance on The Today Show with Matt Lauer and Meredith Viera. He gave an inspired and chilling performance of Hollywood Is Not America that will no doubt launch this amazingly talented singer/songwriter into the hearts of the universe. "The name is Ferras. Today Capitol's recording artist Ferras took a little detour to say hi. He was on his way to a fitting for his music video for his first single "Hollywood's Not America".

Friday's Variety Magazine announces that American Idol will have three farewell songs this season as opposed to just using one like last past seasons (like you can forget Daniel Powter's Bad Day) and they're starting with Capitol Records artist Ferras' song Hollywood Is Not America.
