You should have Katy drop in on the AfterEllen website to see the blog they have on her there. Some of the lesbians on that website are taking the song the wrong way. Not the UR So gay one...the "I kissed a girl" one.
I'm a lesbian and I feel it should be our anthem song!! lol I've passed the song on to at least 5 lesbians I know and it's been playing in our local clubs now. ha
I personally think Katy has made more headway in the lesbian movement than Ellen when she came out on national tv. Young girls 15, 16, 17, 18 are all in love with Katy and admitting girl crushes out loud.
No wonder it has caused such a fuss with the hypocritical...I mean Christians folk(sorry Katy).
And Katy - for the record - I don't think your a lesbian - although I would definitely consider you to be bi-curious. smile Markus will explain that one. haha
